Capital Authentication, we regularly attend to having documents proceed through the Russian Canadian Apostille Process.  In other words, the Canadian documentation is needing to be authenticated and legalized (attestation).  The authentication and legalization process is pretty straightforward, but it can be confusing for the average person who does not process documents often.  Before starting the authentication and legalization process, you should carefully review the Global Affairs Canada website as it relates to the authentication of documents.  Correspondingly, a careful review of the Embassy of the Russian Federation website will identify their requirements.

What is the Russian Canadian Apostille Process?

Although Canada does not issue an Apostille, it is a standard reference that made when individuals contact our office.  The reference to the Russian Canadian Apostille process merely is identifying what is required.  The Canadian documents are intent on being used in Russia.   Once we have established that the Canadian documentation is to go to Russia, our office sets out to explain the process of Canadian document authentication and legalization and how Capital Authentication can be of assistance.

What is the Capital Authentication Advantage?

At Captial Authentication, we approach the authentication and legalization process differently from our competitors.  We have developed a process that we have coined The Completion Time Method.   This process is hugely client focussed and takes into account our client’s timeline.   Other factors considered are the total time required to submit the documents for authentication with Global Affairs Canada as well as the time that the Embassy of the Russian Federation will take to complete the legalization process.  The Embassy website identifies that regular processing will take five business days.  If one looks at our fee schedule for document authentication and legalization, we would suggest that our client take 5, 7 or, 10-day processing.  This suggestion recommended simply on how long the Embassy of the Russian Federation will take to complete the legalization.  While competitors will suggest that they can submit the documents in as little as one day, no measure takes into consideration the legalization time. As such, the competitor fee structures will simply cost clients more money than necessary.  Our office does not feel that the competitor structure is fair from a cost perspective.

At Capital Authentication, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your unique requirements.  We are confident that our office can assist in having your documents processed through the Russian Canadian Apostille Process.  Feel free to reach out to us by email at info@capitalauthentication.com.  We can also be reached by telephone at 1-613-236-9975.
