Capital Authentication is an accomplished Canadian Apostille, Authentication and Legalization Service. We serve to expedite the process of Canadian Document Authentication in accordance with the requirements of Global Affairs Canada (formerly the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Development) (DFATD/JLAC). Our office is capable of working with the specific Provincially appointed offices mandated to issue Apostille certificates, effective January 11, 2024.
When required, our office can attend to the legalization of Canadian documents at the various embassies and consular offices located here in Ottawa. Nevertheless, Capital Authentication can also direct your documents to other embassies or consular offices located outside of the City of Ottawa, if required.
While handling your documents, you can rest assured that, while in Ottawa, we do not contract to any other agents to assist with the processing of your documents.
